Assurant trade in - Sitting in PO box
I sent in my trade in devices last week using the shipping label from the order site. Now, the devices are sitting in a PO BOX near the final destination. I have tried reaching out to Assurant and t mobile but can't get a clear answer. The devices are due back next week in order to honor the trade in agreement. Has anyone seen this before?

Common situation. Assurant delinquent in picking up held packages at USPS.

Assurant only picks up shipments from the depot every couple of weeks. This should not affect your trade-in or return.

Is there a website you can check the status of your trade in iphone mailed to Assurant?

Makes me wonder. Mine had the "waiting for pickup" designation for a week. Now it says: Delivery Attemp: Action Needed. It looks like it's going to be returned to sender (me).

usually theyre picked up every other week. not sure if thats at the beginning or end of said week so if you happened to send it in at the beginning of said week then it’ll be sitting there for a couple weeks until they pick it up.

Give T-Mobile Customer Care a call or reach out to T-Mobile through DM on Facebook or Twitter to see if they can have someone contact Assurant to make sure someone gets over there to either pick them up or make arrangements to have them redelivered.
