Casting or mirroring screen
Well I decided to use my Roku and mirrored my screen to watch porn on tv... Though my phone played video perfect the screen was stop and go, why?
My guess is it's a buffering issue between the phone and TV.

Your phone is probably using lower resolution (SD), whereas your Roku is using higher resolution (HD/4K) which requires higher data speeds that may be marginal.
your phone and tv re not in sync. tv does not like porn phone does so tv refuses to play nice with phone.
on another note, i have no idea what might be causing this
