Elsa from T mobile stated my service would not be interrupted
Hello I've been a T mobile customer for 11 years . but recently had a family emergency and money been tight and I'm a disable vet I talked to Elsa from T mobile and she stated my service will not be interrupted until I receive my disability check on May 24 2023 but T mobile still not willing to keep my services on . especially after 11 years of service and when Elsa from T mobile stated my services will not be interrupted . I just need a little more time 😔
This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using by phone or messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter.
