Excellent job with troubleshooting!
I recently went through an update that messed up my group texts. I wouldn't get texts for hours, and the replies I tried sending continued to fail (apparently a lot of people were experiencing this). I did a customer support chat, which then led to T Mobile Care calling me. Emma, the tech support rep I spoke with (who I believe was in China, based on her time zone), was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! She did a great job walking me through all the steps to reset my network and everything that went along with that, and helped me resolve the issue within 30 minutes of her first calling me! Ever since I switched from Verizon, I could not be happier with T Mobile and the customer care they provide!
She asked me to leave a review, and I wasn't sure where to post it, so here's hoping she and her bosses see this!
