Excellent Customer Service!
It's not easy to leave feedback on customer service with TMobile, so let that be a hint to how important it is to me to share my experience with Patrice D. last week. Patrice is easily the best CSR that I have ever worked with! I was very frustrated with a couple of issues I was having, especially as I had already contacted customer service twice without success, and one of those was over 30 minutes on the phone before I had to end the conversation or be late for work. When I contacted customer service again by chat last week I was seriously considering changing providers. Patrice handled each of my issues with grace and knowledge and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I can't say enough about her professionalism and patience. She has made a TMobile convert out of me! @HeavenM please make sure that Patrice gets the recognition she deserves! Our conversation is a perfect example of how customer service should go. She's amazing and TMobile is lucky to have her!!
