Omg same thing happened to me! I knew the sales person was to nice! Kept telling me and my teenage grandson ITS FREE< and all you pay is $4 a month! I didn't even want the watch and he kept saying how can you turn down a free watch??!! My Account qualified for a free watch. I even took it back 2 weeks later because I hated it, Samsung Galaxy watch, it wouldn't hold a battery charge, and they told me it would get better the more you use it. ??? Really? I get my 1rst Bill and its Crazy how much I was charged for a Watch I Hate & Was told it wasn't going to charge me!! They are Liars and I am not letting this go, I was charged $4 a month for the Equipment part of it, which supposed to be Free! and then on top of that there are other charges for Prorating and a $24 To use it as a Line?? I don't do that or even know how. My bill went from $140 to $237! Over a Free Watch!! I don't trust anyone anymore! I will be filing complaint on BBB
