Messages no longer flash screen and this stupid bubble thing....
Samsung S21 your latest "mandatory" update no longer allows my phone to flash when getting a text message and has this stupid bubble that I have to drag to make it go away. I have no clue how to get back to the old settings.
the bubble part might be part of the texting app itself. look in its settings and possibly even advanced settings.

If you don’t like it try a different sms app.
the side notifications would be on Samsung though..either they removed it for some new notification deal or they added another option and buried the way to change it deeper in notification settings somewhere.
