Missing photos
Took phone in to T Mobile store to switch from one phone to another. Dhe did a backup to transfer photos. Now I am missing some very important photos. Yes I have checked sd card and google photos. ...
were they backed up on the SD card and encrypted? if so then i have a feeling you would need to put the SD card back in to the original phone..un encrypt them then put the SD card back in to the new phone.
