My Realme gt master edition 5g shows up as unknown device
Hi all it has come to my attention that my realme GT master edition 5G shows up as unknown device on T-Mobile and says that there is no 5G compatibility even though it has the n41 band which is the band T-Mobile uses I know you have to enable it in developer options but when I go in there it is grayed out and won't let me click it is there any fix for this?
Also, your device showing as an unknown device in y our my.t-mobile.com account has no impact on the device compatibility or performance on T-Mobile’s network.
T-Mobile uses a handful of 5G bands that vary from region. n2, n5, n41, n66, and n71 are the most common in use but there is no guarantee that n41 is deployed where you are using your device.
A non Tmobile branded phone will always show as unknown device in your Mytmobile account.
