My Oneplus 8T is being updated to Android 14 today Mar 17, 2024. My Oneplus 9PRO is still on version Android 13.1. When OnePlus 9PRO T-Mobile edition is going to be updated?

for what its worth..look at the list of devices in development….then look at the list of the completed devices..you’ll see Samsung isnt having to many issues kicking out their updates..well minus the S20 FE...apparently that one is running into issues..the rest of the list is OP.

Yes I saw the list, T-Mobile doesn't care about OnePlus users.

We should have a class action lawsuit going because it seems that's the only thing TMobile cares about (their bottom line!)!

so whats stopping you from starting one up?

I filed a BBB report against Tmobile because I bought a OnePlus 9 Pro for a $1000 bucks and am still STUCK on Android 11.  An Executive responded to my BBB complaint by trying to shame me and treat me as if I was stupid. He listed my entire payment history, he said that they replaced my "defective phone" via warranty (I did so out of exhaustion even as I kept telling the child store clerk that it was a SOFTWARE ISSUE not a hardware issue!) And finally he claimed that it's the manufacturers responsibility to release updates. I responded with proof that the manufacturer (OnePlus) released The Android 13 update November of last year!  Yes, the manufacturers release the updates, BUT the carriers TEST the updates BEFORE releasing them!   This is all on T-Mobile who seems to care a less about customer satisfaction.  We should have a class action lawsuit going because it seems that's the only thing TMobile cares about (their bottom line!)!

  • It's March already. Android 14 starts rolling out in August. Hope we have 13 before then. The non T-Mobile versions have 13 and it's fixed from when it first came out.

going off that same list of devices its safe to say where the slow down is..Samsung hasnt had many issues getting their updates out..yet look at all the OP devices still waiting..

  • Well the 10 Pro just got the Android 13 update, so I'd imagine the update should hit the 9 Pro here within the next month or two
