no texting

For over 5 days i have not been able to send any texting.  It is incredibly frustrating to all at once have no means to text.  I have sent a text, then send a message through signal and ppl tell me they have received no texts.  I then screen shot my text and send it via signal.  What an absolute diaster.  I am ready to drop this phone after 20 years of being a T-mobile customer.  I have full network access so don't ask me if it is that.
