No Voicemail Indication on my Revvl V+ 5G
Does anyone know if the Revvl V+ 5G REALLY shows the Voicemail Indication on the Status Bar when Voicemail has been left. According to the online manual it states:
To date, I haven't seen this indication show up in my status bar. Can ANYONE tell me if this phone really does what the manual says it should?

I am not getting the voicemail received icon either.
Under voicemail settings, I have show notifications on, set no sound or vibration, and show notification dot on. I am not running visual voicemail.

This may be an old thread, but I'm having the same problem with my Revvl 6 5G. I get no icon or notification that a voicemail has been left. Visual voicemail is disabled. I should not have to turn this on to get a simple notification that a voicemail was left. What's going on T-Mobile?

SOLUTION: This I'm sure will work with your T-Mobile phone. It only took me about 45 minutes of talking to off-shore reps (don't get me started).
From the homescreen, LONG press the phone icon for 5-6 seconds, I know, it’ll go to voicemail, BUT the good news is that afterward your Voicemail Icon will be at the top of your phone!😉

Hi Butchiej… I tried this… it didn't go to voicemail, it did open "app info". On that I selected "notifications" and there were settings for "Default, Incoming Calls, Missed calls, and Voicemails", but these were all grayed-out. So… seems like there's another setting somewhere? Not sure what's going on with this.

Hi Jmcglynn ~ I have to apologize to you, I was so happy it reappeared but it didn't stay and didn't come back...so in the interim I was fortunate enough to find a brand new OnePlus 7T on Ebay and bought it. Now here's the good part..after I made and offer to the seller and waiting for them to accept or deny it, I did some Google research and a blogger had the solution: I rebooted the phone by first powering it off, then pressing the down volume and Power switch, then tap English, then tap 'delete cache and data' (on my phone it only said data), then to reboot. And yeah I had to put saved apps (Google) back on homescreen, etc, etc, but the phone's voicemail icon is back for good!😉. Check out the video at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=soUJZ8SvP8Q
Incidentally the seller accepted by offer so I’ll have a brand new in the box OnePlus 7T for $100 + shipping (which is one helluva blessing because there’re all over the place for for upwards of $100+ and no new) so whenever this phone hace go on the blink for good I’ll be ready, so alls well that ends well👍🏽
