One UI updates for S21 Ultra.
I’ve asked this question before about the current software updates and I finally got a UI update, for, One Ui 5.1! Over a year late!! When will I see 6.1? Anybody else have this long of a delay?? I'm guessing the updates are sequential too?
I brought my phone over from a Verizon account almost 3 years ago.
Updates for your device come from Samsung. Did you use SmartSwitch when setting up your device? If so. That can cause issues with updates and other apps.
Hola @badpigg A year is a very long time to wait for an update. The updates are ultimately rolled out by device manufacturers. They don't do it all at once, but it really should not have taken a year.
There could have been some systematic confusion because the phone is from Verizon but being used on T-Mobile. The Samsung website has some troubleshooting steps to use when an update is released byt not showing on your phone. Software update failed on Galaxy phone or tablet. I'm not sure when the UI 6 will be available, but you might use the Samsung website to keep an eye on when it does release and try the steps for manually updating.
