oneplus 9 update fails
My OS on the one plus 9 update fails. I get the message Couldn't Update. Installation Problem.
Anyone encountered this and hopefully able to solve this?

I have an Apple, but I was having a similar problem. I took about 2 weeks for someone to figure it out. My email had a . inbetweener a letter and a number, T-mobiles system could not read it. I had to change my email for this account. Then everything worked. Maybe this will help
The Oxygen updater tries to load OOS 13 for the LE 2115. we need OOS 12 for the LE 2117. It fails to load.
Have you tried clearing the update app cache and data? Is your device rooted? You can always download the full image update through Oxygen Updater from the PlayStore and select Local Update, if that option is available in your firmware version.
