Only phone working--all apps disappeared
I bought a new phone several weeks ago from Best Buy. It has been working fine until I picked it up this evening and all apps are gone. Face recognition is not working and all I have is my contacts and messages. All pics also gone.

Thanks Syaoran, I figured it out. My power was really low and it was like this after I charged it. Seems it goes to power saver automatically when you run it this low. Once I took it out of power saver, it was fine.

Do you have anything on there set to auto delete items older than a certain date? Some devices are setup this way by default when their storage is close to full or is full. What device are you using?
