You should still be able to reach someone by calling 611 by asking the automated system for a representative. You can also reach someone by sending a DM to T-Mobile on either Facebook or Twitter during regular business hours.
Gracias @syaoran. Maybe I was using the wrong words. I did try asking it to connect me to a representative, hitting '0', etc.
I will try FaceBook.
@gramps28 , have you done that? If so, what was the magic phrase or number? Because at the end of the dialog, the bot just keep repeating the same thing, over and over.
