How do I scrub my phone before trading it in?
First of all, the biggest priority when trading your phone in is transferring your data from the old phone to the new. There's many apps that do so, but it's best to go with the one your manufacturer has for the new phone. When that's done, you can delete your old phone's storage. If you're on Android, it may depend on your manufacturer. Since I use Samsung, the process is like this: Settings > About Phone > Reset > Factory Reset.
