I closed my account over month ago went to mint which you own and because for some stupid reason my pass code I alway used doesn't work You ordered me to go to a store for help they contacted you a mgr a month ago to refund my 19.00 and to this day I have not received it. You claim if I don't request a refund 12 months later I won't get it. I am in touch with bbb about your policy because you just want to hold on to my money and not return it.

    I don't work for Tmobile, since this is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter or calling them.

  • It is not prepaid I was a customer for several years. I don't need to be corrected on if they own them or not if they bought them they will own the company. i worked for the Los Angeles times for 30 years in accounting and I alway told customers when they had a credit coming. When the mgr at your store called they said she has no balance but never mentioned my refund I had to tell the mgr ask her if I had a refund that's when she said yes other wise I wouldn't have been informed,

    Tmobile doesn't own Mint yet. Is the plan a prepaid plan? If so there's no refunds for prepaid plan per Tmobile terms and conditions.
