Are you a Tmobile customer and is the phone paid off? If so according to the unlock requirements posted in the link below the phone will automatically unlock and you will get a text message letting you know. That's how I found out my Pixel 6 was unlocked after 40 days.

You can use ADB to debloat your device. There are a few decent terminal apps in t he Play Store along with Package Viewer 2.0 that will give you everything you need to debloat your device.
The ability to unlock the bootloader the bootloader requires the device to be SIM unlocked. On top of that, you need to be a part of their enterprise contract program. I don't recall the specific name of it but it's literally $1,000 for the first device and $500 for each additional device to have Samsung give you a bootloader unlock token for your device.
