S22 Ultra not showing up in trade in list

OMG, this is ridiculous! C'mon T Mobile. I bought Samsung S22 Ultra from Samsung in December 2022. It is registered with Tmobile. Now all of a sudden, "my device" section of the Tmobile APP and online shows my IMEI (which is the correct IMEI on my physical phone) as an IPHONE 11!!! . I've now called and chatted with tmobile twice and they act like they've never heard of this before. In addition, if I go through the trade in steps to get the value of the S22, I get stuck. Why? because tmobile has my IMEI listed as an IPHONE. I have NEVER owned an IPHONE on my line. Also, during trade in steps, I select to trade in a different phone, select Samsung, when I search my model number, my model number is NOT LISTED. UGH. I've been with TM for 15 years...c'mon!!!
