Sim card fully activated but my number is unknown

SIM's do not come activated. You need to update the SIM on your account to the one you are now using. Even if the SIM is not active, you should still be able to call 611 and have Customer Care activate it. You will need the number on the SIM or the number on the card the SIM pops out of.
