Activate a sim card
Hi!
How long does it take for a SIM card to expire before it can be activated? I'm buying a SIM card, but I don't know how many days it will take to activate it.

The sim cards have a date on the front that tells you when the card needs to be activated by. Usually, the date on the card is about a year, but it can vary depending on manufacture and inventory. Once activated, it will be usable indefinitely. It should be fine if you decide to wait a couple of months.
Activating a SIM is pretty much done in a minute or two. You need to be connected to the T-Mobile USA network to activate.
Thank you for your information. What I need to know is how many days I have to activate the Sim Card before it expires. I'll be able to activate it just 2 months after I order it.
