Activating e-sim from Mexico
Hi, I'm moving to LA, but I'm currently at Mexico City. I just bought a pre-paid e-sim to use it on my iPhone here in Mexico, just because T-Mobile says that has coverage in Mexico and Canada. But after a few hours of installing the e-sim, it says "activating", and nothing happens. I can not call the support from here, any suggestions? Gracias

So, there is no real T-Mobile coverage in Mexico, right? Or not until you activate the e-sim..

Unfortunately prepaid services are nonfudable according to Tmobile’s terms and conditions.

No. Only through roaming. If you get close enough to the border, you might be able to pick up a US tower to activate it on.
Well.. I activated it from Mexico City using wifi calls. So, I could do it, but there is no real wifi coverage.
