I have virus on my phone can I go by the store to have fix?
Most T-Mobile stores do not service devices. You can do what would more than likely be done by a tech and factory reset the device. If the device is on the recovery partition, that's a whole other mess where I would suggest a complete reflash of the devices firmware.
There are viruses tools in most app stores but if you are sure the device is already infectedwith something. They more than likely will not reliably work. A cellphone repair kiosk or shop locally will know what to do to make your device virus free.
