totaly wrong phone listed on my account
i brought my own device to t mobile my girl and i both did, she switched her device from an S23 ultra to a S 22, they have her line and phone correct , but mine isnt even close. i have the S23 ultra always have on t mobile but they have my phone listed as a google pixal phone. why? i have never owned a google phone. I also had insurance on my phone that they took off along with my S23 ultra. I want my correct phone listed back on my account and my insurance put back on my S23 like it was!
BYOD devices are listed differently but the imei# on the account is all that matters. I had a Pixel 6 purchased though Tmobile that was listed correctly. I bought a Pixel 7 and it was listed as an iPhone 8. I traded my Pixel 6 for a Pixel 8 from Google and that was listed as a BYOD in my MyTmobile account. At least that one made more sense.
