Unlock SAMSUNG A71 5G from Tmobile however shows that is locked by SPRINT
I have a phone that was from Tmobile and I want to use in Peru with Peruvian Carrier. However when I introduced the new SIM a message appear "Comuniquese con SPRINT para desbloquear su dispositivo" ....
The phone is from Tmobile USA , adquiire for a T-Mobile USA customer and meet all the policies to unlock as T-mobile USA support said before yestarday. They said is unlocked however is lock by SPRINT. Why I don´t know.
