Unlocked S10+ not updating.
I bought an S10+ ulocked phone from Ebay a couple of years ago. Carrier is TMobile. It has not updated in some time, although when I try to get updates, my phone tells me its updated. My husband's S10 phone is at Security Patch Feb 1st 2022, One U.I. version 4.0, and Android version 12. MY phone is Security Patch July 1st 2019, One U.I. 1.1, Android Version 9. Can anyone help me fix this? ¡Gracias!
your phone and your husbands is exactly the same phone? compared model numbers etc?
As I said, his is an S10, mine is newer, and an S10+
I'm having the same type of issue with s10 plus. Did you get the one ui 4.1 update yet?
