Voicemail Issue
Is anyone having an issue retrieving voicemails? This started yesterday. I have clients texting mne that they have left messages but I am not getting any messages. I call in and it says i have no ...
My phone says I have 8 voicemails, but when I try to retrieve them I am asked for a code which I do not have so I need to get one. I have a UserID and a password but neither of these work with the voicemail module. I have spent hours trying to get through to Customer Service, with no success.
