Does T-Mobile support Doogee V30 Pro phones?
Some member of the T-Mobile support lines took 10 minutes to understand the question in the title, and informed me there is NO WAY for T-Mobile to answer that question unless I buy the phone and read the IMEI number for that particular phone to them. I was flat-out lied to by a "manager" at T-Mobile's (contracted, overseas) support staff, as independently verified by two other people (including a T-Mobile employee). I was promised my bill would be $120 a month. I was promised free phones with my trade in. I saw I was being charged $2000 for my phones so I talked to customer service and they said not to worry it would be fixed but it wasn't. I called again and was told sorry I would have to pay for them I only got a discount, so I said I want to cancel my membership and return phones but it was passed the trial time so I'd have to pay for phones anyway. Hi ! So, I setup a payment arrangement and then I paid the first,half before the due date and TMOBILE still charged me ? Does the company not understand that people are living paycheck-to-paycheck. Life happens ! Having a phone is mandatory in today's world because every service demands it ? ANYWAYS!!! I did call customer service and the repsaid " it's best not to make partial payments /pay anything , if you set up a payment plan because the system will not cancel it. " And THEY DID NOT REFUND ME EITHER FOR THE DOUBLE CHARGE. They just applied it to what I owed. Mad slick . Then also, Even tho I put a block on TMOBILE they still somehow got around and finesse their way to double charge me. I had to reverify my Google account. The SMS to my payed contract mobile phone in Germany never reached me. An SMS from another number in Germany reached me. Then I asked for help at the Google One Support. I had already paired my child's watch to my phone in the t life app he used it for about a day and a half the watch died so we charged and once it turned on we have not been able to get it out of the pair setting when you first turn on the watch. I've turned it off and turned it back on for a few hours see if that would help nothing, restarted same result, and even tried to re-pair it without unpairing, which told me it was already paired. I had chosen to get the iPhone 15 Pro from T-Mobile because of the 12.50 credit thing when I traded in my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. I have never done a trade in via my Service Provider and figured it would be worth it. I was wrong and I will need to call tomorrow. I went into T-Mobile today and found out that I was not getting the credit discount of 50 bucks minus the 12.50 for the trade in. Apparently it got cancelled and I had no knowledge of it and it never really showed up on my bill. The credit just sits there and there is supposed to be a "-discount" thing on the bill but there was none. I tried to get a hold of Customer Service today while I was at T-Mobile but all I got was the automated voice that sounded like a scammer (😅) and the Employee who helped me was just as frazzled as I was. I have never had issues with T-Mobile, which is weird. I do not know why it was cancelled and the strange thing was when I shipped my phone not even two days later, I got the notification that my phone was in good condition and the trade in discount could begin. But then in the store today I was told there was a trade in issue but no explanation whatsoever. I am so confused.
