OnePlus 10 Pro 5g NE2217
"Are there any officials at T-Mobile who work in the software segment? I contacted OnePlus regarding the OxygenOS 15 update for the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G Model: NE2217 (T-Mobile variant). They told me that they have no information about this update and that it is entirely up to T-Mobile. When will we receive OxygenOS 15?"khr13570Hace 6 minutosVisitante16Visto1like1Comentariodoes anybody know the exact amount of days your bill can be late before they shut off your phone?

Today I have fixed the VOIP issue with T-mobile Home Internet and VOIP. Firstly T-mobile to prevent outside packet attacks to susceptible ports 5060 and 5061 updated their settings to not allow through Sip protocol through those ports. You cannot access the backend of the modem and outside modems that are highly modifiable like the Gli.net 5G modem. Don't work to assist you in the matter, because its a block by the server end of T-mobile not the routers themselves. I know this because I tried every means to configure the GL-X3000 Spitz modem to work with t-mobile over the last month and it would not go. So, now the only solution since it's not a user side issue or router issue, is to bypass the T-mobile network settings blocking your 5060 and 5061 SIP ports. Here is how you can go around this. This... was such an easy fix I wanted to cry. Step 1: Call your hosting VOIP network operator. Step 2: Have them go to network settings on your VOIP system background. Step 3: Turn you UDP port 5060 and 5061 to TCP Step 4: Turn off your VOIP devices, servers, programs and applications. Step 5: Turn them back on and now you can make outbound calls and inbound calls without issue. Works for Max UC and other VOIP services, Verified. You are welcome.FaazedHace 6 horasNewbie Caller291Visto1like2ComentariosAnyone knows what TMO-G4AR DHCP range is?
I would like to cascade my router to TMO-G4AR gateway but do not want to use LAN-to-WAN configuration (to avoid double NAT), so I need to know what DHCP range this gateway was set to. I called T-Mobile tech support and received no help. Does anyone know this information or where I can obtain this information?zt783Hace 8 horasVisitante14Visto0likes0ComentariosHome Wifi NAT Type issues
Hey everyone, Been struggling with the NAT type issues on my home T-mobile WiFi 5G and my PS4. I just got this and can't sync up with my friends, let alone play online anymore. Does anyone have a fix for this?! I'm becoming quite desperate and exhausted with this issue and t-mobile tech support doesn't have an answer.40KViews9likes27Comentariosviaje internacional

I am so frustrated right now and a very hard lesson learned. My boyfriend wanted me to go in the store to see about getting a better rate on my phone plan. I was super happy when I left the store and honestly thought I did get a better deal. It has been a nightmare ever since. First of all, anytime you change any service in the middle of a billing cycle, they are going to do everything to make them more money. Example, 3 months later, I canceled one of my phone lines. Because it was not at the end of the billing cycle, they charged me for the remainder of the billing cycle even though the phone was not being used. Then another time (about a month later) I called in wanting to add home internet. That too was the middle of the billing cycle. Guess what, I just received my new bill and it was added on the remainder of the month for the internet and also the full next month to my bill. To my surprise, my bill is outrageous. I wish I never would have stepped foot in there and changed anything!!!! Oh and being that my bills have been so much higher that expected, I got behind (for maybe 6 hours) and 3 lines were interrupted so they charged me an extra $20/line adding another $60. Yeah, never again will I try to go get better rates because it has been a mess and wish I would have stayed with what I had from the beginning.sbunch71Hace 10 horasNewbie Caller736Visto1like4ComentariosT-mobile unable to trace returned phones
I returned unopened phones to T-Mobile. The UPS tracking shows that the items were returned to and accepted by T-Mobile. However, T-Mobile is still charging me monthly for the phones, even though I have returned them. I was told to wait a few months for the issue to resolve. I have made numerous calls, receiving different answers each time: First call (T-Mobile CSR): I was told to wait a few months for it to resolve. They credited me for the first month. Second call (T-Mobile CSR): I was again told to wait a few months for it to resolve. They collected the UPS tracking information and tried to check their warehouse. Third call (T-Mobile CSR): The CSR suggested that I might not have sent the items. Fourth call (T-Mobile CSR): I was advised to call UPS and file a complaint. UPS confirmed that the items were delivered. T-Mobile acknowledged that the package was received but stated they are unable to track the IMEI numbers and that I have to pay for the items. I need to know what exactly they received and acknowledged. If this issue does not resolve, what are my options? I am planning to file a complaint with the BBB.cherk_masonHace 10 horasNewbie Caller10Visto0likes0ComentariosAfter 20 years with T-Mobile, Starlink may drive me away
I've had up to 7 lines with T-Mobile and had no plans to look for a different carrier. When T-Mobile announced a deal with Starlink, I suddenly felt a need to look into switching carriers. I cannot feel good about doing business with any company that promotes and pays for services from Musk's companies. The man is awful on so many levels and is now involved in the decimation of our government institutions and services, I wish for all of his businesses to fail so that he can no longer wield the power of his wealth. If there were some assurance that T-Mobile would walk away from Starlink, I'd really prefer to remain a customer.jwbnycHace 10 horasVisitante46Visto1like0ComentariosStop T-Mobile Stealing our phones
I went into a TMobile store a couple days ago and I was told about a promotion to trade any phones and get new iPhone 16 and I will get Apple TV, Hulu and Netflix for free. So I traded me and my wife's phone for the IPhone 16 which took my bill from $120 to $190 but I know I will be saving $10.99 for my Apple TV. $15.99 for my Hulu and $24.99 for my Netflix which means I will be saving around $51 at the back end or so I thought because that was what I was told in the store. i was told in the store I have 14 days to return the new phones and return to my old plan if I do not want the phones or change my mind I was also told to wait till my bill cycle start to active all the promotions that comes with the new price plan Luckily for me my bill cycle started 4 days after getting the new promotion. So I decided to check and activate the promotional items and to my surprise I found out that Hulu was not included in the package and the Netflix package was the $7.99 with ad ons which I definitely don't want and if I want the premium I already had I have add $18 to my current bill which will take my monthly bill to around $210 that's minus the Apple TV. I decided to go back to the store to return the phones and promotion and go back to my original plans and I was told I can only return their phone and cancel the promotional plan but I cannot get my phones back which is their policy. Now at no point was I told that in the store and it looks like T-Mobile has been stealing peoples phones or forcing them to stay with a plan they don't want. How can u take my phone and give me a new phone, tell me that I have 14 days to return the phone if I don't want it but when I do you keep my phone and take your phone? This is daylight robbery and we need to make T-Mobile start reimbursing people for their stolen properties Right now I am stock with a phone and plan I don't need and my bill has gone up $90 every month. I plan to make an official complaint in all the places I can about this matter and leave T-Mobile for another providerMolebHace 12 horasVisitante46Visto0likes0Comentarios
