why does this document say the z fold 3 and flip has esim?

This document lists Z fold 3 and flip 3 as having Esim. I do have an Eid written on the box of my fold 3, Samsung during the pre orders advertised the phone would have Esim. However they still have not yet enabled Esim on USA Units. My software is up to date, and in settings > connections > i have no sim card manager. 

Is this document incorrect or is it correct and i just need to factory reset my phone & do the hold vol down for 5 seconds step?
