2021 iPad Pro Cellular $200 promotion
- Hace 4 años
ACTUALIZACIÓN: this whole experience turned into a massive fiasco.
Despite listing the 10GB plan cost at “Get 10GB for $30” on https://www.t-mobile.com/cell-phone-plans/affordable-data-plans, I was actually charged $47.17 on my T-Mobile bill -- with AutoPay enabled!
T-Mobile Customer Service is still clueless about the promotion described at https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-ipad/ipad-pro and attempts to use the promotion at https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ still result in a "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again." message. No point in doing "Vuelve a intentar” since the promotion is unavailable.
I called and cancelled the tablet plan -- 50 minutes of my life I can never recover.
My 2¢ about this debacle: It seems that T-Mobile has been infected by the "customer no-service" culture that typified Sprint. This trend doesn't bode well for T-Mobile as a competitive disrupter in cellular or home internet service (another slow-rolling debacle of hyped marketing).
HesletQ wrote:I had wondered what happened to this rebate, for an iPad purchase in May. I went back to the promotion site, entered my phone number, only to see a message that the rebate was denied because, allegedly, I had not purchased an eligible product. They never notified me of this.
I then called, got a very helpful CSR who verified that I had indeed made an eligible purchase and resubmitted my claim. Supposedly I will get the rebate in a week or so.
Did you get this rebate yet?
