Apple TV

I am on an approved T-Mobile plan and linked to Apple TV however I am still being billed & payment is still being pulled from my banking account.  I've called T-Mobile every month since and one said - your account shows T-Mobile is linked and free to you but couldn't explain when I told them they are still billing me and getting paid by me, told me to give it a few days.  2nd time I went to a store - staff told me I had to download the APP on my phone in order for it to be linked - asked how I linked it if I didn't have the APP - told her on a computer?  So I downloaded the APP and here we are again another month still billed by Apple TV and this time I was told "Maybe you have 2 accounts because TMobile is paying your account and to contact Apple TV.  It's linked to my email and apple t and I do not have 2 accounts.  So what do I do?
