apple tv

I have been waiting for a month for my apple tv activation code, it just keeps saying we are processing. But on T-Mobile it says my account is active 

  • In have been with 4 different customer service reps for two hours and they cannot assist me with redeeming a code. I am no happy as apple tv was one of the reasons is agreed to the plan.
