Begin Using Old iPhone 11
I have an iPhone 11 that previously was used as my work phone on an AT&T network. I own it and It's now available for my personal use. So I want to replace my old TMobile iPhone 8 with the iPhone 11. What is the process to do so? ¡Gracias!
You need to contact AT&T to unlock the phone then switch the Sims.

take your sim card out of the 8….and then put it into the 11.
as long as the 11 is fully carrier unlocked you should be able to just swap sim cards..with this being said though and my knowledge of Apple devices a bit...lacking..im not sure if the 8 was 5G capable or not..if it was NOT then you will want a 5G capable sim card..if it was 5G capable then as long as there werent any sim card change ups size wise between the 8 and 11 it should swap just fine.
