can't receive verification codes

For several weeks I have not been able to receive codes sent to me via text to be able to get into my accounts. Actually the only codes that have come through is from t-mobile. ¿Qué puedo hacer?

  • you can contact TMO and have them add short code texts to your line..

     

    if you have never had issues until recently i would still contact them and have them remove it then re add it to your line in case its needing a refresh.

     

    you can also do this from the TMO app or site here however i have never done this so cant walk you through that one.

     

    short code=texts from businesses/companies etc that are not 7+ numbers.
