first they lie to me and tell me if I pay off my current phones that I can get $1000 off the iPhone 15 Pro so on pre-order day I told him what they told me the day before and after talking to many people got to honor the agreement. one week later on launch day, i've checked my order status a couple times on their website. All it says is running nothing else. Absolutely nothing else. This is completely inadequate for an order status. Now I'm on the phone with them and they're telling me that they cannot find my orders at all. These people are the biggest idiots.
