liers
I went to the local T mobile store on Sunday. I have a family member who lives in the mountains. This family member who is on my phone plan with another carrier needed a new phone. So I thought we would try t mobile whom I left 3 years ago after the store manager lied to me, when the switched from Sprint to t mobile. I was told by the sales representative that their internet would work for the area I wanted it for. I asked even if we don't have cell phone reception, they told me the internet would work. She lied. I spent 4 days 2 trips to the store and hours on the phone with tech support only to find that we can not get their internet where we are located. I would never have signed up for their service. I also got an apple iPhone for the family member. I had to pay for it because they said it was dropped, which it was not. They refused to give me back the activation fee, because I can not return the phone because it has a scratch on the corner. For which I do not understand how it got. The phone was taken from the box and placed in a case. So I will pay the higher price to have better phones and I know that I am getting good customer service. I am filling a complaint with the BBB. ALSO I WAS TOLD WHEN I CALL THE 1800 NUMBER they are affiliated with the stores, but have no control over the stores. The o1 800 number representive told me the store could wave the activation fee, but they refused. So t mobile got me out of an activation fee, plus 629 dollars for a phone that they refuse to unlock for 90 days. I would use smoke signals before I would use t mobile as my carrier again. I have worked in sales for 24 years, and there policies and their reps are lies. So take your chance with them.

I hate to correct spelling but if you're going to post a long rant use spell ckeck since the topic should be liars not liers.
