Not received $200 promotional credit cards
I was told by Whitestown, IN store manager I would get three (3) rebate credit cards of $200 each. I haven't received one yet and its been 6+ months. At the store, he told me he cannot see the system. He suggested I call 611. I talked to the PHillipines call center, Nashville, TN, PHillipines again, and still getting the run around. First issue they say is it was a 2 card limit. I have the manager's hand written notes of the whole deal including 3 rebate cards when I switched from Verizon. I'd be somewhat elated just getting teh first two.
Does anyone have any suggestions how to get the cards? I cannot find access to information using the Tmobile general website nor my account online. thank you
I am awaiting for 2 cards..been over 90 days. Maybe I will contact Public Service Commission and lodge a complaint against TMobile..
They like to play games me and my aunt both signed up for T-Mobile internet the same day. She is my neighbor literally. We were both told 6 to 8 weeks. It's been 10 weeks she got hers last week when I call they tell me oh it's 90 days. Their website shows 6 to 8 weeks. My aunt got hers give me mine cause there is plenty of proof it's not 90 days and if that's true why did my aunt get hers already? Not treating everyone the same? I should lodge a complaint too. The FCC would love to hear about how you lure people in with a rebate that doesn't hit on time.
