Number assigned to wrong sim card.
There are 2 phones on my plan that end in the same phone number. We'll call them A and B. I bought a new phone A and needed a new SIM card. When I activated it and started using new phone A. I lost all service on phone B and now phone B's number is assigned to new phone A and the old phone A and SIM card no longer work at all.
Can the new phone use an esim? If that's the case activate an esim on the new phone then give the sim to phone B if it is using that number.
