The utter and abject failure of my encounter with T- Mobile support of the Cellular option provided by Apple Watches.

Sooo what was the problem?. I've noticed for months mine hasn't been connected to cellular. I can't stand dealing with their customer service on the phone so I pay the charge each month and do nothing about it. Hoping for an easy fix without talking to anyone. Looked up several things on this and finally someone else has/had this same problem. Help! Please. 😊
