The utter and abject failure of my encounter with T- Mobile support of the Cellular option provided by Apple Watches.

@JimOS I've spent hours navigating the same issue...tonight I finally spoke with Jasmine and the ONLY thing they have left to try is to check the plan on our phones. We were part of the carry over from Sprint during the merger and although they 'added us' now they're saying maybe we need to upgrade plans to make it work.  We shall see….It would be nice to hear what your solution was since so many of us are having issues!
