was extremely rude and insulted me via phone !! This should not be the type of managers your company hire . I have been with the company for 4 plus years and he was extremely rude !!! I asked to speak with someone else and he did not want to transfer me bc he was rude about not wanting to transfer me ! He need to be lowered in rank or not a manager
