Sending text from SQL Server stopped working

My job sent text to @tmomail.net for years and it worked ok. then recipients stopped getting notification 3 months ago. I don't see any errors in SQL server nor on SMTP server. In SMTP logs I could see that it is receiving and sending text. How I could fix this problem?
