T-Mobile Nationwide Service Going Downhill
I took T-Mobile in 2019 when they put towers on the Offshore Oil Platforms where I work. Things seemed to be going great. Then in 2019 they modernized the tower on Dixie Drive in Clute, Texas 77531 and my service went from 4 bars all time inside and outside and they modernized it and the service went to 1 or 2 bars sometimes an none others, dropped calls and missed calls. I have been reporting it for almost four years, the customer service in Philippines is USELESS. Now I am in Lafayette, La for work and up until now I had 4 bars inside and outside the hotel, and fast Hotspot Internet connection. Now in Lafayette, La the signal is 1 or 2 bars, it takes 5 minutes to open a satellite weather page and it never completely opens. What is up with T-Mobile, are they going out of business? A once very satisfied customer, now a very disgusted customer and do not believe anything the Yo Yo s in Philippines tells me.

Gramps28, it is not my phone, i am an engineering person, and know all about the settings on the phone, the problem is the TERRIBLE Service
The other day my phone was stalling streaming music on 5G, changed the settings to LTE and it stopped the issue. So it worked for me.

I don't stream, my service is terrible and that is it i have all my settings correct. My phone works in an area where there is good service. The problem is the tower that is 1.5 miles from where i live. I have been dealing with cellular longer than the general public. IT IS NOT THE PHONE IT IS THE HORRIBLE SERVICE in my area.

Well my T-Mobile service on land is still TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, UNRELIABLE, AND JUST DOWN RIGHT THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

dont remember it being mentioned..but what phone do you have? and was it purchased from TMO or brought in from another carrier/3rd party as a BYOD?

MY PHONE IS FINE, I REPEAT IT IS THE TOWER AS OVER 200 DOW EMPLOYEES CAN ATTEST

My phone works fine when i am in an area of good service. The problem is the technicians working on this tower, they have no idea what they are doing, or don't care!

You are talking to someone that has been involved in Telecommunications and Networking in the Oil and Gas, and Petrochemical industry since 1980.

cool...then you’ll still need to contact TMO through either calling in, their chat or via Facebook/Twitter and have them put in a network ticket. if its already been done keep pestering them..
posting in here does nothing for you other than letting others know youre having issues out there.
