temoving a suspension

If you put the suspension on the line.  You can remove it in your my.t-mobile account.  If the suspension was put on by T-Mobile, you will need to reach out to Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile line (still works when the line is suspended) or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to discuss your options.
