Suspensión militar
This is absolutely ridiculous.
I went in store to suspend my line, and they representatives told me that I need to call T-mobile to suspend my line.
So I called them and put my suspension date as June 10th. They never suspended it so in July I called them and the representative told me that it's taken care of. This month I'm still not suspended. I'm already overseas so every call back to the US is expensive.
Why is it so difficult to suspend my line? When I was in a different company it was easy, brought my orders to the store and they did everything right then and there.
There's a free international phone number you can use if calling from a T-Mobile phone.
