Hmm, I'm thinking you should've gotten some order update already. I'd check the T-Mobile app and your T-Mobile.com account if you haven't recently. I'd also doublecheck your email and spam folder to see if there's any updates on the order there. If not, you can always reach out to our Customer Care team by calling or even Twitter then they can track it through our systems.
