T-Mobile is a fraud. I'm on the magenta, 55+ plan, price lock, guarantee for life and they just raise my rate so I contacted customer service and they feel they could do whatever they want but I did file a complaint with the FCC against them because they don't truly understand what price lock means I'm not paying $20 more a month. very misleading with their advertising. I will get other phone service because T-Mobile is full of crap
I've been with them for over 3 years and before that with Metro for many years. T-Mobile has scammed me to just over $700 on promos they suckered me into. I will NEVER enter into another promotion with T-Mobile. They will say absolutely anything to get you in, then renegade and flat out lie and back out of their promises!
Is there anything we can do about their lies.
