How do we get T-Mobile to refund us when we cancelled our account?
I cancelled my account in March. Since then, I have $86.51 to receive from T-Mobile. I keep calling, going to stores, talking via chat. They keep sending me bills saying it will be deposit on my credit card or, the latest, I sent approval to send to my bank account. Every month is the same story - we will refund you on the 12th. Every month I don't receive a dime. What can I do to have my $86.51 dollars back? Thanks!!
You can try using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or X to see if the can help.
This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access.

There was no option for billing outside prepaid. I may have chosen the wrong subject to be able to create the question. I had a normal account - 2 cell phones. I cancelled because I moved abroad. I have a refund of $86.51 that T-Mobile is not able to send me! I am trying for over 5 months!!! How can I get my refund???

Is it a prepaid account? If so there's no refunds on those accounts per terms and conditions.
